How can I book?

If you are a current client, you can text me or DM me via Insta :)

I am very lucky that my client list is currently full and I am unable to take on new clients right now. I post one-off last minute cancellations on my Instagram stories so keep an eye out there. 

If I get spaces, I contact folks who are on an existing waiting list.

How long is your waiting list?

There is no list I am going through in chronological order as such... I have a list of folks who have expressed interest in visiting me and when I get spaces I offer these out via my stories to those on my waiting list, on a first come first served basis.

I'm no longer collecting names for a waiting list, as I have a full client list and I wasn't making much of a dent in the list so didn't feel right taking more and more names. Thanks for your support!

Where are you based?

I am in a Cardiff based location, with easily accessible bus routes and a train station a short walk away. I work from a private studio so I work by appointment only. It is also important for me to provide a quiet, safe space in a non-typical salon environment for those clients who prefer this setting, like myself.

What qualifications & certification do you hold?

I hold an accredited certificate in Luxury Gel manicure and pedicure, Gel and Acrylic nail extensions from a beauty school accredited by ABT Associated beauty therapists

I hold a certificate in E-file training as well Builder in a bottle application

As well as as additional training certificates in salon safety and Barbicide

I have prior experience in mental health training and a PGCE in Art & Design

I have a first class honours degree in Fine Art and Art History

I am fully insured with Salon Gold.

What are your booking fees / cancellation fees?

New clients are required to pay a £15 non refundable booking fee that will be deducted from the cost of the service. If you need to cancel, this needs to be done within 48 hours else you will be charged in full for the cost of the service.

If you are living with someone with Covid, to protect myself, my family and vulnerable clients, you need to cancel your appointment if they are still testing positive and in their isolation period. This needs to be done within 48 hours else a cancellation fee will apply.

Do not attend if you have Covid or are ill in any way, thank you.
